The Crown Jewel of Festival, The Coffee Talks. Coffee Talks are moderated one hour conversations with top industry talent sharing war stories about their journey and their craft. Liev Schreiber

Liev Schreiber is a six-time Golden Globe and three-time Emmy nominated actor.  In addition to starring in Across the River and into the Trees, his other credits include Ray Donovan, The French Dispatch, Isle of Dogs, Spotlight, Salt, The Manchurian Candidate, The Sum of All Fears, Phantoms, The Hurricane, Ransom, RKO 281, Big Night, the Scream trilogy horror films, and the film Everything is Illuminated which he wrote and directed. He has also performed in several Broadway productions, and in 2005 won the Tony Award for Best Featured Actor in a play for his performance in the play Glengarry Glen Ross.

Amy Poehler

Vision Award Honoree: As one of Hollywood’s most versatile and sought-after talents, with credits including that of actress, writer, director, producer, and bestselling author (“Yes Please”). Amy Poehler made her documentary directorial debut on March 4 with Amazon’s critically acclaimed documentary Lucy & Desi where she also executive produces. Her acting credits include Parks and Recreation, Saturday Night Live, Inside Out, The House, Sisters, Wet Hot American Summer, They Came Together, A.C.O.D., Free Birds, Are You Here, Baby Mama, Blades of Glory, and Mean Girls. Poehler made her directorial debut in Netflix comedy Wine Country, which she also starred in and produced. Her additional projects include  Duncanville (co-creator, executive producer and lead voice), Making It (co-host and executive producer), Harlem (executive producer), Russian Doll (executive producer), and the Netflix film Moxie, which she  recently starred in and directed.

Woody Harrelson

Vision Award Honoree: Woody Harrelson’s rare mix of intensity and charisma consistently surprises and delights audiences and critics alike in both mainstream and independent projects. He is a three-time Academy Award nominated actor for his performances in Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri, The People vs. Larry Flynt and The Messenger. His other credits include Venom, The Highwaymen, Midway, Solo: A Star Wars Story, Shock and Awe, LBJ, The Glass Castle, War for the Planet of the Apes, Wilson, the Now You See Me films, Lost in London, True Detective, Game Change, Seven Psychopaths, the Zombieland films, The Hunger Games film series, No Country For Old Men, Natural Born Killers, Indecent Proposal, White Men Can’t Jump and Cheers. Harrelson recently completed filming on Champions with Bobby Farrelly directing, and HBO’s The White House Plumbers for director David Mandel. Upcoming 2022 releases include The Man From Toronto and Triangle of Sadness.

The Pioneer Award

The Pioneer Award, presented by Variety, is given in recognition of an industry innovator, one whose work on-screen or behind the camera embodies the trailblazing spirit. The award builds on the legacy of artists who are part of Sun Valley’s rich cinematic history, such as Clark Gable, Marilyn Monroe and Ernest Hemingway.

The National Geographic Further Award recognizes a leader whose work is uniquely innovative, timely, and impactful—someone who has boldly pushed the boundaries of his or her field, and who serves as an outstanding ambassador for that breakthrough work.

Danny Strong

Danny Strong is a multi-award winning writer, director, actor, producer who is the creator, showrunner and director of the hit Hulu series Dopesick, starring Michael Keaton and Rosario Dawson. He was also the co-creator, executive producer, writer and director for the hit FOX series Empire. He also wrote the screenplays for the films Recount, Game Change, The Butler, Rebel in the Rye (which he also directed) and co-wrote The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1 & 2. He won two Primetime Emmy Awards, a WGA award, a Peabody, a PGA award and a Golden Globe Award for Game Change, and earned a Primetime Emmy nomination and a WGA award for Recount. As an actor, he’s appeared in major roles in a number of iconic TV shows and films, including Billions, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Gilmore Girls, Justified, Girls and Mad Men.

Dr. Nathalie Dougé

Born and raised in the Bronx, Dr. Nathalie Dougé is a New York-based, board-certified physician in internal medicine. A first-generation Haitian American, she is the first in her family to become a physician, receiving her medical degree from the Penn State College of Medicine. During the first wave of the COVID-19 pandemic in New York, she served as a hospitalist and assistant professor in the Department of Medicine at the Long Island Jewish Medical Center, an affiliate of Northwell Health. Nathalie currently lives in Queens, New York, and is a doting dog mom to her rescue, Mars, who she believes is one of her guardian angels in animal form.

Rising Star Award

Netflix’s Outer Banks cast members Chase Stokes, Madelyn Cline, Madison Bailey, Jonathan Daviss, Rudy Pankow, Austin North, Drew Starkey and Carlacia Grant, will receive this year’s Rising Star Award.

Chase Stokes

Rising star actor CHASE STOKES is proving himself worthy of becoming part of Hollywood’s next generation of elite leading men. He leads Netflix’s OUTER BANKS, which recently debuted its highly anticipated 2nd season. Both the series’ first and second seasons quickly became record-breaking fan favorites and remained on Netflix’s Top 10 list, hitting and sustaining the #1 spot for consecutive weeks after release worldwide.

 

Additionally, Stokes recently wrapped as one of the leads in the Netflix film UGLIES starring along Joey King. He can be seen guest starring in Amazon’s psychological thriller TELL ME YOUR SECRETS. The series earned praise as one of the most bingeable series of 2021. He also appeared in the dramatic comedy DR. BIRD’S ADVICE FOR SAD POETS based on the novel of the same title alongside Jason Isaacs, Lisa Edelstein and David Arquette.

 

Last year, Stokes was announced as Ambassador at Large for Bring Change To Mind, an organization co-founded by Glenn Close to combat stigma around mental illness. During Mental Health Awareness Month in May of this year, Chase worked with Bring Change To Mind and American Eagle to raise over $560,000 for their #NoNormal campaign. This is a cause very close to his heart and his mission is to continue utilizing his platform to connect with his younger fans, promote a dialogue that normalizes discussing mental health, while raising awareness and empathy for others.

 

Stokes attended the Seminole State College of Florida where he studied Business Management and Information Technologies. While in school, Stokes experimented with television production and acting. He did a Harry Potter spoof about finishing college applications at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, which was a hit amongst his classmates. From there, Stokes studied the craft eventually landing his first acting gig on MTV’s THE INBETWEENERS, directed by Taika Waititi. Never one to rest, the determined actor went on to acquire credits in Netflix’s STRANGER THINGS (2016), VH1’s DAYTIME DIVAS (2017), Hallmark’s THE BEACHHOUSE (2018), TNT’s TELL ME YOUR SECRETS (2019), and feature film BETWEEN WAVES (2018). With a few wins under his belt, Stokes went on to land his first leading role with Netflix’s OUTER BANKS.

 

He was born in Annapolis, Maryland. His family moved throughout the East Coast making significant stops in Richmond, VA, Naples, FL, and Atlanta, GA before settling in Orlando, FL. He is the oldest of eight siblings.

 

In his free time, Stokes enjoys general outdoor activities like surfing, rock climbing, scuba diving and playing with his dog, Milo. Stokes is also a skilled musician having studied the guitar, basic drums and piano.

Madelyn Cline

At only 24-years old, South Carolina native Madelyn Cline took the world by storm with her starring turn in Netflix’s hit series, “Outer Banks.” From Focus Features’ “Boy Erased” to Netflix’s “Stranger Things” and HBO’s “Vice Principals,” Madelyn has made her mark in an array of high profile, cult and popular projects over the course of the last three years. Bouncing between film and television, she recently starred in Vertical Entertainment’s TIFF selected “The Giant” opposite Odessa Young as well as in the Richard Linklater-mentored/Austin Film Society grant honoree “What Breaks the Ice” with Sofia Hublitz which debuted at the Woodstock Film Festival. She also starred in Kygo’s remix of Donna Summers’ “Hot Stuff”

Madison Bailey

Madison Bailey stars in the Netflix’s hugely successful series “Outer Banks”, as ‘Kiara’. She is currently preparing to shoot the series third season. The series was number one on Netflix for multiple consecutive weeks and remained in the Top Five for 6 weeks following its release. The series is set on the Outer Banks of North Carolina, where a tight-knit group of teens from the wrong side of the tracks embark on a mission to find their ringleader’s missing father. In the process, they stumble across a treasure map that unearths a long buried secret.  On the feature side, Madison recently wrapped production on ACE Entertainment’s Time Cut. 

 

Madison also recurred on NBC’s “Council Of Dads” and recently had a recurring role as ‘Wendy’ on the CW’s “Black Lightning”. Madison hails from North Carolina and currently resides in Los Angeles. She currently has 6.5 million followers on Instagram alone.

Jonathan Daviss

Jonathan Daviss is an American actor from Houston, Texas. Jonathan is best known for his role as Pope in in the hit Netflix YA Drama, Outerbanks. Season three of Outerbanks is currently in production and slated for a 2022 release. Jonathan can next be seen in Netflix’s Strangers opposite Sophie Turner, Maya Hawke and Austin Abrams. Previous filmography credits include Age of Summer and Edge of the World. Daviss currently resides in Los Angeles.

Rudy Pankow

Born and raised in Ketchikan, Alaska, Rudy Pankow grew up performing every chance he got. He stars on Netflix’s huge hit series “Outer Banks,” which is currently shooting a highly anticipated 3rd season. He is currently onscreen in Uncharted where he plays the pivotal role of “Sam Drake,” long lost brother of “Nathan Drake” played by Tom Holland. He has also finished starring roles in two independent films including playing the lead opposite Carrie-Ann Moss and Thomas Haden Church in Chocolate Lizards based on the novel of the same name.

Whether it was school theatre, ballet, jazz and hip hop or sketch and stand-up, he was always pursuing some aspect of the career he didn’t yet know he wanted to pursue. It was only after doing a local play in his senior year of high school that he knew that entertaining was the career for him. Straight after high school Pankow headed to Los Angles to go after his dream. He attended an acclaimed improv theatre class which lead to a scene study class with the critically acclaimed acting coach Larry Moss. He got his start appearing in several short films including Not Me and the award winning Deviant, as well as guest-star turn on the critically acclaimed Netflix series “The Politician.” In addition he also starred in the music video “Thought Contagion” for the band MUSE.

Austin North

Austin North broke on the scene at an early age landing the leading role of Logan Watson on the Disney Channel sitcom, I Didn’t Do It.  Following that, North continued to establish himself with roles on several series including the Hulu Original, All Night, where he starred as Oz.  Currently he stars on the Netflix Smash hit, The Outer Banks,  as the King of the Kooks, Topper.  On the big screen, he will next be seen playing a leading role in “Beautiful Disaster” opposite Cole Sprouse and Virginia Gardner.  Roger Kumble directed the Film with Voltage Pictures Producing and handling distribution. This is being seen as a successor to the Worldwide hit  “After” Franchise which Voltage also guided.

Drew Starkey

Drew Starkey is an American actor, born in Asheville, North Carolina. He started performing in plays at a young age and continued his work in Hickory, NC with the Tractor Shed Theatre. He then attended Western Carolina University’s School of Stage and Screen, graduating with degrees in Theater and English Literature. He fully made the transition to performing in film and television after finishing his education.

Drew is most known for his starring role as ‘Rafe Cameron’ on Netflix’s breakout series OUTER BANKS, created by Jonas Pate, Josh Pate, and Shannon Burke. Netflix, which traditionally doesn’t release figures, announced that it topped the Nielsen U.S. streaming chart in it’s opening few weeks.

In the feature film world, Starkey will next star in the Hulu reboot of the classic horror feature film HELLRAISER and the Amazon original feature film THE OTHER ZOEY. He has played memorable roles in numerous projects including FOX’s LOVE, SIMON and THE HATE U GIVE as well as Netflix’s THE DEVIL ALL THE TIME. 

On television, Starkey will next recur on Amazon’s upcoming series THE TERMINAL LIST, opposite Chris Pratt, Taylor Kitsch, and Constance Wu. Previously, Starkey recurred on MTV’s SCREAM, and has appeared in Netflix’s OZARK.

Madison also recurred on NBC’s “Council Of Dads” and recently had a recurring role as ‘Wendy’ on the CW’s “Black Lightning”. Madison hails from North Carolina and currently resides in Los Angeles. She currently has 6.5 million followers on Instagram alone.

Carlacia Grant

Carlacia Grant found a passion for acting at a young age and has quickly made herself one to watch with her powerful and layered performances as a Haitian Jamaican American actress on the rise. 

Grant can currently be seen as the newest breakout cast member in the second season of Netflix’s hit series “Outer Banks.” Grant stars as ‘Cleo,’ a confident and fearless Nassau girl, whose world collides with the Pogues. “Outer Banks” follows a tight-knight group of local teens, dubbed the “Pogues,” in the beach vacation destination of the Outer Banks in North Carolina. The search for their ringleader’s missing father and a high-stakes hunt for gold, turn their summer into one filled with mystery and adventure that is now leading the group to an undisclosed island. Chase Stokes, Madelyn Cline, Madison Bailey, Jonathan Daviss, Rudy Pankow, and Charles Esten also star. 

On the small screen, Grant appeared on Oprah Winfrey’s well-received megachurch drama series “Greenleaf” as well as the critically acclaimed miniseries “Roots” alongside legendary actors Laurence Fishburne and Forest Whitaker. Grant also recurred on NBC’s crime drama “Game of Silence” and recently guest starred on FOX’s medical drama “The Resident.” 

Grant currently resides in Los Angeles.
