The 13th Sun Valley Film Festival will take place Febrary 28th – March 3rd, 2024.
Depending upon which pass you purchase (information about our passes and levels can be found on our Passes Page), you have access to various festival perks. The primary difference between passes has to do with the entrance priority. Priority access order: Patron, Insider and Festival & Film.
Access to events and films differs for each type of pass. Entrance to each event is given in the following pass order: Patron (first priority), Insider (first priority), and then Festival (level two) and Film and Student (level three).
All passholders must arrive 30 minutes prior to the scheduled event in order to take advantage of priority access.
Individual Tickets are $20
All passes will be available for pick up at the Box Office at the Argyros (120 Main St. South, Ketchum) starting Tuesday, February 27.
Tickets purchased online are redeemed with the digital receipt you were emailed at purchase. If you prefer to have a physical ticket, stop by the Box Office in advance.

No, there are no exchanges or refunds. All orders are final.
No. We are an in-person event..
We have a few select films in the festival that are focused on family-friendly content. However, most films are not yet rated and we are unable to advise on appropriate content. Please be sure to read film descriptions carefully. There are no refunds or exchanges on tickets. We do not give refunds based on content.

Provided a show has not been waitlisted, you can purchase day of show tickets online and at the Box Office. We always recommend purchasing tickets in advance.
RUSH indicates all advance ticket have sold out. RUSH tickets may available just before show time at the venue. A RUSH line will form outside the venue 30-60 minutes priors to showtime. Any available seats will be released approximately 10 minutes before showtime on a first come, first serve basis.

The Sun Valley Film Festival is committed to providing a safe space in which to carry out its mission and activities. To that end, it has established a code of conduct to which all participants are expected to adhere. Your presence or participation in the Festival constitutes acceptance of this code of conduct.
Out of respect for all guests and staff, you agree to refrain from:
- Harassment, discrimination, racism, sexism, ageism or being inconsiderate or vulgar in any way
- Disrupting a film or event in any way, including audio or video recording, cell phone use, lateness, or disruptive behavior of any kind
- Fighting, physical assault, taunting or threatening in any way
- Damaging or attempting to vandalize venues, goods or items not your own
By entering our venues you agree to:
- Be kind and courteous to all guests and staff
- Listen to each other. If you’re asked to stop a behavior, stop immediately
- The possibility of being photographed or videoed
- Comply with requests from team members
- Limit movement in and out of your seat during films, limit conversation during a screening and not obstructing the view of other guests
By watching films, seminars, Q&A’s or other virtual content you agree to:
- Abide by all terms and conditions as set by the Festival and Homeland Security’s National Intellectual Property Rights Coordination Center
- Refrain from screen shots, video or audio recordings of all materials
Refund Policy
Violation of this code of conduct will result in immediate physical removal, freezing of your account or accounts and/or cancellation of membership and all associated benefits without refund.
Contact us if you believe you’ve observed or experienced a violation of this Code of Conduct, contact the nearest staff member and we will work to assess the situation and to respond as quickly as possible. You may also send a formal notice to the Festival by emailing info@sunvalleyfilmfestival.org. Please remember that notifying us does not constitute or replace a notification to local law enforcement.
